'Out With the Old, in With the New' - a workshop in Qigong and Meditation for grounding old energy to receive new - entering into the abundant flow. Through a series of individual exercises and group activities the workshop will cover the principles of;
- Qigong exercise, Qi-body-mind connection
- Grounding and releasing with Emotrance and EFT
- Focus, intention and breathing
- Mindfulness and mindful practice - entering into the NOW (especially useful for Energy Practitioners)

This workshop is for anyone interested in understanding Qi energy flow in body and mind. By the end of the workshop participants will be equipped with a number of qigong and meditation skills, as well as an understanding of the basics of energy work and how cultivation of a health energy system is fundamental to mental, physical and emotional health and wellbeing.
