How do you set goals and measure results in your wellness business? (Whether you’re looking for your first client, well-established or slowing down in retirement). Or maybe you just hope it will work out or look back and wonder how it happened (or didn’t).

You could potentially measure dozens of things. The number of clients. Hours seen. Income. Cost cutting. Referrals. Marketing conversion rate (ROI). Increased sales of physical products, workshops, or e-learning programmes. Employing other people to reach more clients. Upsells. Retention rates.

Maybe you’re in a position not to need income, which is a bonus. Either way, I think most of us value a few things beyond money. Increased therapeutic skills and CPD. Success rate, speed of results, your ongoing pleasure in the work, energy levels and quality of life.

If you don’t know what you want, how do you know you’re on track? How do you know what is working and what is a waste of time. Law of attraction works better when you know what you’re asking the Universe for, and what you need to do to make it happen most easily at a practical level!

Ask yourself those questions.  If you don’t already have one, consider getting a business coach, or co-coaching with someone else who’s pro-active in building their business.   Having someone else to check in with you, someone to plan, measure and celebrate with can make a huge difference.
