If you manage your own website there will be times when it gets ignored because your business is flying, the family become more demanding or because you just can’t face it because the task seems too big.
This can result in your site looking a bit tired or even losing custom. It’s really worth booking in some time for yourself every month to review your site and see if any changes need to be made. Websites are a process, always in flux, changing as your business changes, not static.
These can be small tweaks that really don’t take up much of your time; a change of colour or position for example.
It has taken me a while, but I have finally got round to hooking up my sign up form with my super useful download ‘Six Ways to Spring Clean your Website’. If you look at the fruit nation home page, you’ll find it slap in the middle. I am finally walking the walk and have put into action what I recommend to my clients.
I hope that Six Ways to Spring Clean your Website will inspire you to make small tweaks and changes that will take only a little time, but deliver you great results.
